New Version

I've upgraded to the newest version of the forum software.  I'm hoping to be able to better control the spam posts with this version, so please bear with me as I tweak the security settings.  Consequently, I've turned new user registration back on.  If you see anything that doesn't seem right in this new version, please let me know.
