I had heard nothing about Xavier?s club football 2024 season recently. Previously, OSU?s club schedule in March listed Xavier as its season opener. In a June 11 tweet, OSU replaced Xavier with a game against Cincinnati United. No idea what tat team is about but from my viewpoint, a 2024 season for Xavier club football looks doubtful. Whether there is a future beyond that is not known. I hope I am wrong but the situation does no5 look promising. The past experience with club football at Xavier was daunting at times; and the enthusiasm to restart the program seemed genuine. Simply a tough task for students to organize in a short time.
